India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Also, India is a huge country with a population of over a billion, highlighting the importance of the region not only from human resources perspectives, but also as one of the most attractive markets for products/services from other countries. India’s vast pool of young skilled talents attracts many developed countries either to outsource their manufacturing or to establish their plants in India. Multinational companies, coming from both developing and developed countries, are keen to take advantage of the young talented pool of human resources and big market opportunities in India.
