Abstract
Quality of work Life (QWL) has evolved as an important aspect, which affects an organizational efficiency and productivity (Gorden, Judith R. 1987). The purpose of this paper is to understand and develop the concept of QWL in organization and to identify factors especially in the internal environment of an organization that leads to QWL. A qualitative approach is used to develop a conceptual model, depicting the difference in the total perceived level of QWL amongst employees and employers in organizations. SERVQUAL model is adapted in assess the QWL Level, in terms of its adequacy and superiority.
