Abstract
Over the past 20 years, Strategic Leadership has attracted both academics and practitioners. Strategic Leadership is defined as the managerial ability of a leader to anticipate, envision, maintain flexibility, and enable others to make strategic changes as required. This study aims to evaluate a strategy leadership scale in the Greek hotel industry. For this evaluation responses from 372 hotel employees were used, working in hotels located in most parts of Greece. The major statistical methodology used is Exploratory Factor Analysis. The results indicated that both the scale under evaluation is acceptable and that Greek hotels follow strategic leadership processes.
