Abstract
This research investigates the dynamics of work-life balance (WLB) among academic professionals, specifically focusing on college faculty. The study seeks to evaluate how these individuals navigate the complexities of their professional obligations alongside personal commitments. Key variables examined include instructional workload, occupational stress, domestic responsibilities, and the level of institutional support provided. The study underscores that a harmonious equilibrium is vital for fostering job satisfaction, preserving psychological health, and enhancing overall professional efficiency. Utilizing a sample size of 262 participants, data were gathered via structured questionnaires and systematically analyzed to gauge the prevailing state of work-life integration within the sector. Preliminary results indicate that while a significant majority of employees actively pursue a sustainable balance, they encounter varying degrees of success depending on systemic and personal factors.
