Globalization of information due to Internet, increasing competitions in service quality in ICT arena and multiplex information need of the users due to multidisciplinary research happen to be the major challenges among the academic libraries and these are the critical components and ambitious assignments of the library professionals and information managers to broaden qualitative services. To improve the quality services in libraries and information centers, management attitudes are effectively focused and this approach calls for an assessment process that requires being highly customer-focused, engaging, enriching and multidimensional.
