Abstract
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the human body is an ongoing area of research that explores the intersection of advanced computational systems with human biology. The development of AI-enabled technologies such as neural interfaces, robotic prosthetics, and artificial organs has been investigated, focusing on their potential to enhance physiological capabilities, restore lost functions, and personalise healthcare solutions. This research emphasises how brain-machine interfaces (BMIs) facilitate communication between the brain and external devices, enabling rehabilitation for sensory and motor impairments. Similarly, AI-driven artificial organs, like smart kidneys and lungs, are being designed to mimic natural functions while adapting to real-time biological needs. This research paper aims to provide advanced applications, benefits, challenges, and ethical implications of introducing AI into the human body. Key areas of focus include organ transplantation, biological and nanotechnology robots with brain-computer interfaces. This paper highlights ongoing research and prototypes such as Neuralink and AI-powered prostheses, highlighting the potential of AI to advance human potential and its broader impact on global health, society, and ethics.
