Abstract
The purpose of the article is to
understand the effectiveness of
performance management system
of organization. Authors have
tried to extract the parameters of
performance management effectiveness
from employees of the
organization. HR employees of
the organization were facilitators.
This article has based its argument
on agency theory. Thus,
based on the results a framework
of effective performance management
system (PMS) has been
proposed.
