Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between work-family conflict and QWL by using a sample of 322 veterinary doctors. QWL depends not only upon work place factors but also upon non-work life. The study reveals that a large number of respondents have been experiencing work-family conflict as compared to family-work conflict. It was further revealed that only work-family conflict variable was found to be significant and had negative impact on QWL. The findings of the study suggest that both types of conflict affect the QWL of the veterinarians but work to family has been found more prevalent among them.
