            Abstract
Drawing on action learning theory and transforming learning theory, the present research aims to explore the relationship between learning through experimentation and readiness for change by analyzing the mediating role of reflective learning. Hypotheses are established and tested with data collected from 268 working professionals in public and private organizations in north India. Results of structural equation modeling and bootstrapping suggest that learning through experimentation
was positively related to reflective learning. Furthermore, reflective learning mediated the association between learning from experimentation and readiness for change. The findings of the study are important for reflective learning practice at the workplace, impacting the readiness for change and will help the organization to devise strategies for executing the change processes effectively.
