            Abstract
This paper attempts to show the consanguinity among the professional attitude toward team building, socio-economic and cultural intelligence, and coping strategies for job satisfaction. A sample of 314 professionals from different public and private firms was taken and Structural Equation Modeling was employed with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS)
3.3 software. The results show that team building, social intelligence, and coping strategies influence job satisfaction in general. The employees’ coping strategies help them come up with different situations that impede them from attaining the task they are performing that adds to their job satisfaction.
