Abstract

This study investigated the reactions of hi gh-potential leaders to personality evaluations and feedback within a leadership development program in a Fortune 500 company. The aim was to identify trends and insights related to self-awareness and leadership growth. Twelve high-potential leaders were interviewed using convenience sampling. These participants received feedback on personality evaluation questionnaires as part of a year-long program designed to identify future leadership talent. The findings revealed that participants developed deeper self-awareness by understanding how their beliefs and motivations influenced their leadership behaviors. The study also highlighted the impact of negative habits on professional growth and the alignment between participants’ perceptions and the accuracy of the evaluation feedback system.
