Abstract
Emotional Intelligence has become
an increasingly popular construct
in diverse business environments
besides being used as a measure for
identifying potentially effective
leaders. The present paper attempts
to examine multivariate relationships
between emotional intelligence
and transformational
leadership dimensions. The
canonical correlation between
emotional intelligence and
transformational leadership
dimensions revealed significant
relationships.
