Abstract
The main purpose of the study is to analyze the organizational role stress among teachers in government and private Universities in Haryana state. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study was descriptive in nature and used Organizational Role Stress (ORS) scale developed by Pareek (1993). With the help of this instrument, a sample of 597 respondents collected from university teachers were examined to analyzed the ORS. Statistical Tools Applied: Statistical analysis covered estimation of Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent Sample T-test. Findings: The study revealed that there is a significant difference between government and private university teachers. Limitations: This study was limited only in Haryana state.
