To be efficient at work, every employee deserves a respectable working atmosphere. Due to increased expenses and decreased productivity, high personnel turnover has a negative impact on economic growth. Finding the elements that lower employee turnover intention is therefore consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals. In addition to examining their effects on lowering employee turnover intentions, this review study seeks to further our understanding of the connection between transformational leadership style and work satisfaction. The examination of the literature has shown that work satisfaction and transformative leadership have a significant impact on an employee’s decision to quit or remain with their organisation. This report also makes suggestions for future research topics based on the literature that might assist organisations decrease employee turnover.
